The current open draw and knockout system seems to work. However, we could have a Wimbledon style seeding approach where say six teams were seeded - with the draw designed to avoid them meeting before the quarter-final stage. All four of the contestants were superb in the Grand Moot Final and there was little to choose between the teams. In the end, Kelly & Sheilla edged it.
